Kioko's Story

Is an enterprising Food Safety and Packaging Trainer with more than six years of experience, knowledge, skills and aptitude in Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QEHS). He has worked together with the competent team at IMS Africa to bring a unified cohesive approach to Quality and Product Safety, Environment, and Employee health & safety in different World-class organizations, to propel significant and sustainable improvements. He is driven by a strong desire to be a good, innovative and creative steward of the people and resources entrusted to him and gives back a better return on the investment made in and/or through him in order to leave a lasting legacy of growth that stretches beyond himself. Most notably, his experience has seen him pioneer an android traceability project that reduced the time taken to trace products from trade from three days to 24 hours, subsequently improving efficiency by more than 85%. He ran a project on supplier management review, trained Nairobi Bottlers Key Accounts Sales team and Equator Bottlers entire sales team (144 people) on product freshness and consumer response, and also, trained the warehouse team at Nairobi Bottlers on product freshness and quality management and traceability. Since he joined the great IMS-Africa Team, he has grown in his training styles, facilitations skills, training preparation, and communication skills, enriching individual and organizational effectiveness, which directly translates to growth based on the set goals.
