About the Course
This course enables Testing and Calibrating laboraties to have a strucured management system that will enable them to provide true and precise results to their customers
All members of the testing and or calibrating laboraties (business leaders, laboratory managers and supervisors, laboratory analysists and technicians and laboratory attendants) have a part to play and this awareness will help in bring clarity on the expectation of every stakeholder
At the end of the training the participants will be able to;
1. Demonstrate that structures and systems are in place to guarantee generation of accurate and valid results
2. Plan, and implement actions to adress risks and oportunities associated with testing and calibration activities, while meeting the objectives of the business.
3. Provide clarity on the sources of uncertainities when it comes to laboratory and calibration work and address them to support validity of results that builds stronger compliance, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
