About the Course

To enable participants to understand, document, implement, and verify effective hygiene and sanitation practices across their operations to ensure that the environment is controlled to prevent contamination and create a hygienic foundation for a complete safety and quality management system.


This course is necessary for safety and quality personnel, operators, maintenance staff, hygiene teams, and anyone involved in the design, implementation, or auditing in manufacturing, warehousing, transport, catering, hospitals, and cosmetics.


At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

1) Identify the key elements in hygiene and sanitation management

2) Apply hygiene and sanitation requirements such as site design, cleaning, pest control, personnel, utilities, maintenance, and waste management.

3) Develop procedures and monitoring records for all hygiene and sanitation programs.

4) Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented programs to ensure continuous compliance and process integrity
